Residential Sales Representative Opportunity
This role provides support to the sales team who oversee all residential services provided to new and existing customers.
As a Residential Sales Consultant, you will be involved in meeting prescribed standards and call handling targets and measures, maximising revenue through selling procedures, identifying customer needs, providing product information, and accurately entering customer details into CMS systems.
Key activities include:
* Meeting call handling targets and measures
* Maximising revenue through selling procedures
* Identifying customer needs and providing solutions
* Entering customer details into CMS systems
* Escalating customer complaints
This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week on a rotating roster between Monday to Friday and Saturday to Sunday. You will be required to work a range of shifts including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
