About the Job
This is a permanent, full‑time FIFO role on a 2/1 roster from Perth. You will be working as part of a great team on 12 stiffness‑hour shifts (day/night) on work sites within Western Australia.
Essential Key Requirements
* HR‑B Truck Driver's Licence or above (essential) – automatic licences not accepted.
* Satisfactory National Police Clearance (dated within 6 months or willing to obtain).
* Cert III/IV in Drilling operations.
* Current First Aid certification.
* 4WD Certificate.
* White Card (or willing to obtain).
* Ability to adhere strictly to Hagstrom Drilling's Safe Work Policies and Procedures.
* Ability to pass pre‑employment medical including drug and alcohol screen.
* "LF" class high‑risk Forklift Licence (preferred).
* Experience in Diamond Drilling Techniques (LF160, DE710/12, UDR, and EDM).
* Orientation/Survey tool usage.
* Directional and large diameter drilling.
* Possess mechanical aptitude and enjoy learning new skills.
* Enjoy working outdoors, in a team‑focused environment.
* Strong leadership, training/mentoring and communication skills.
* Strong OHS awareness & work ethic.
* Ability to adapt to an ever‑changing work environment safely & efficiently.
