**About the role**:
This is a phone-based sales position which will work within a high-performing team who are the first point of call for new customers to KinCare. It's an autonomous role but you must be a team player to work closely with the team to prioritise workloads. Whilst activity, target and sales focused, the role works to nurture and guide prospective customers and their families toward KinCare and our suite of in-home care services.
You will be empathetic and customer focused with a mature approach, building the trust of future customers and their families, carefully presenting information, and helping them navigate what can be a confusing journey through the Aged Care process.
Other role responsibilities involve:
- Building and managing customer relationships to deliver and achieve outcomes, loyalty and business results.
- Identifying and negotiating solutions for clients, using sales and marketing techniques.
- Positively influencing and negotiating with internal teams to ensure client outcomes.
- Acting as the 'voice of KinCare' promoting KinCare services and our delivery model.
This is a full-time position on a 12 month contract. You will have the freedom to work from home, however occasional attendance at our Bella Vista office may be required. You will be well supported with strong induction, training and support in place to ensure your success.
**About you**:
- Previous experience in a Business-to-Consumer sales or customer service role via telephone (i.e., education, travel, professional services, healthcare, communications, etc).
- Highly sales-oriented and results driven with the ability to meet targets.
- Strong communication skills with the maturity and patience to deal with vulnerable people over the phone.
- Ability to convey complex information in an easy to understand way for customers and their families.
- Strong written skills with attention to detail for accurate customer records.
- Strong computer literacy and/or CRM management skills
- A genuine passion for helping vulnerable elderly customers and their families.
