This role is central to planning and scheduling events and exhibitions across multiple cities.
 * Develop detailed schedules for exhibitions and events, integrating operational logistics with teams and suppliers.
 * Manage the development of detailed schedules for exhibitions and events, ensuring alignment with project requirements.
 * Maintain skill matrices for operational staff to ensure competency in event planning and management.
 * Collaborate with project managers to plan exhibition phases and resource allocation.
 * Monitor progress and adjust schedules as needed to accommodate changes or delays.
Key Responsibilities:
 * Ensure all event planning complies with relevant state legislation and regulations.
 * Liaise with site supervisors to implement risk controls and review daily operations.
 * Maintain documentation for audits and compliance reviews, embedding SWMS and Safe Work Procedures into job planning.
Staff & Skills Coordination
 * Maintain and update skill matrices for operational staff to align with job requirements and competencies.
 * Coordinate staff allocations based on availability, qualifications, and project needs.
 * Support new staff onboarding and training in safety and operational procedures.
Experience in scheduling, logistics, or operations planning within events, exhibitions, or construction is required.
