We are a seeking a motivated Full-Time Sales Representative to join our Townsville team.
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and customer-focused individual to contribute to a dynamic and fast-paced workplace. As a Sales Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers both in-store and over the phone. You'll listen to their needs, recommend the right product or solution, and process their purchase quickly and accurately. You'll also assist with day-to-day store operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assess customer requirements and provide accurate product recommendations
* Prepare quotes, process sales, and maintain customer records
* Assist with stock control, merchandising, and store presentation
* Undertake occasional local deliveries and collections (manual driver's licence required)
What We're Looking For:
* Previous retail or sales experience preferred but not essential
* Good communication and customer service skills
* Basic computer and point-of-sale skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Willingness to learn about batteries and related products
* Manual driver's licence required.
