Responsibilities
Preparation and maintenance of a departmental agricultural plot at the secondary school.
Crop production and disposal.
Operation of machinery and maintenance of machinery, tools and equipment.
Care and supervision of livestock.
Receipt and storage of supplies.
General farm maintenance.
Requirements
Good planning and prioritising skills.
Strong communication skills to work effectively with others.

Crookwell High School is a comprehensive rural high school with strong connections to the local community. Situated in fertile pastoral country, the school has a student population of approximately 200, with 17 Aboriginal students and 3 students from non-English language backgrounds. The school employs 34 teaching and support staff and hosts a substantial school farm across two sites, integrating agriculture subjects at every stage of the curriculum.
