About The Role
As an Agriculture Assistant, you will play a vital role in maintaining the school's agricultural facilities, including gardens, livestock areas, and equipment. You'll work closely with teaching staff to support curriculum delivery and ensure a secure, productive environment for students engaging in agricultural studies.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the care and management of school livestock and crops.Maintain agricultural equipment and infrastructure.Support teachers during practical lessons and school agricultural events.Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety standards.Foster student engagement and interest in agricultural practices.Develop and maintain positive relationships with the local farming community to enhance learning opportunities and strengthen industry connections.
About You

Has practical experience in agriculture, horticulture, or animal husbandry.Demonstrates initiative, reliability, and a strong work ethic.Enjoys working with young people and contributing to their learning.Can work independently and as part of a team.
