Job Title: Marketing Manager - Oceania - Trafalgar

Are you a passionate marketer who thrives on turning strategy into standout campaigns? Trafalgar is looking for a Marketing Manager, Oceania to lead the charge on regional marketing initiatives and make a real impact in the travel industry.
The Role
You'll lead the execution of global marketing strategies for the Oceania region, ensuring campaigns land with local insight and cultural relevance.
You'll manage and adapt end-to-end campaigns across digital, print, trade and social channels, working with internal global teams and local partners to drive visibility, engagement and ultimately, bookings.
Key Responsibilities
* Localise and execute global campaigns for Australia and New Zealand (Oceania)
* Deliver effective and locally relevant campaigns that support customer acquisition, brand awareness, and conversion in Oceania
* Lead multi-channel campaign rollouts across paid, owned, and earned media
* Collaborate with media, trade, and promotional partners to enhance reach and impact
* Monitor and report on regional campaign performance, audience engagement and ROI
* Support regional activations, events, and incentives
* Be recognised as the go-to expert for marketing implementation in Oceania market
* Oversee regional marketing budgets and ensure timely delivery of assets
* Mentor and guide Regional Marketing Executive

* Regional Campaign Revenue: Growth in bookings and ancillary revenue per passenger
* Regional Frequency: Reach, frequency and engagement across target markets
* ROI: Campaign performance vs spend
* Execution: Timely, seamless rollout of campaign activity
* Budget Management: Effective allocation, management and adherence to regional marketing budgets

What You'll Bring
* 5+ years' experience in marketing or campaign management, ideally within travel, tourism, or consumer brands
* Strong understanding of the Australian and New Zealand travel consumer landscape
* Proven success in running integrated campaigns across multiple channels
* Experience working within global or matrixed organisations
* Excellent project management, communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* A mindset of coaching and teaching other team members that need support with a solutions-focused approach
* A passion for travel and storytelling that connects with customers
