We’re seeking a Creative Recruitment Consultant to lead end-to-end hiring for a high-profile portfolio within a fast-paced, globally recognised organisation.In this role, your focus will be on sourcing and placing exceptional creative professionals – across design, UX, content, strategy, and production – while also supporting technical hiring needs in areas such as development and data.This is a standalone portfolio where you’ll play a trusted role in shaping hiring outcomes, working directly with senior stakeholders and navigating a range of business priorities.We’re looking for someone with creative agency or studio recruitment experience, who thrives in a dynamic environment and knows how to engage top-tier talent in competitive markets.Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end recruitment for a wide range of creative roles – including Designers, Art Directors, Copywriters, UX/UI, Strategists, and Producers.Support technical hiring needs when required (e.g. Developers, Data/AI roles)Partner closely with hiring managers to understand evolving business needs and role requirements.Tap into your own network and develop sourcing strategies tailored to hard-to-find creative talent.Present high-quality shortlists and provide a seamless experience to both candidates and hiring teams.Own the full recruitment lifecycle – from sourcing through to offer negotiation and onboarding.Ensure data accuracy and process compliance across recruitment systems and documentation.What You’ll Bring3–5+ years of recruitment experience, ideally with a strong background in creative, digital, or marketing rolesPrevious experience recruiting within creative agencies, design studios, or in-house digital teams.Comfort working across both creative and technical role types.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills – able to influence and adapt under pressure.A highly organised, self-sufficient approach with the ability to work independently.Strong sourcing skills and a proactive mindset.Why This Role?This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a high-impact, creatively driven portfolio where you can make a real difference.
