We currently have an exciting full-time position available for an experienced Recruitment Consultantto join our Permanent and On-hire Recruitment Team.
About Our Role
Reporting to the Recruitment Team Leader, you will be responsible for sourcing new clients, sales, screening candidates, managing existing relationships with clients and candidates, and collaborating with other important internal and external stakeholders.
People and the communities in which we service are at the heart of what we do with a genuine focus on connections with candidates and clients. We focus on positive outcomes for all our stakeholders.
You will work as a 360-degree recruiter, sourcing, screening, and build strong talent pools using a variety of recruitment methods. You will proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand your client base, place candidates into permanent and labour hire roles and providing high levels of customer service to clients and candidates.
About the Successful Candidate
To be successful in this role you will have proven experience in white- or blue-collar recruitment. Experience in labour hire is essential, and familiarity with the healthcare, manufacturing, or building and construction sectors will be highly regarded.
You will have integrity and transparency, with strong business acumen and solid customer relationship building skills. Above all, you must have passion, energy and enthusiasm to be part of an incredible community focused team.
Proficiency in FastTrack360 or similar end-to-end labour hire recruitment software is beneficial.
With knowledge and understanding of the local labour market, you're able to handle multiple priorities whilst still delivering high levels of customer service and attention to detail.
You will have strong communication skills (both verbal and written) and the ability to work as part of a collaborative and supportive team.
