Schedule: 4 days on - 2 days/2 nights / 4 days off | 12-hour shifts (6:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
Start Date: Roles opening from August 25 onwards

What You'll Do – Shift Technician Role:
Reporting to the CBRE Resource Manager, you’ll be responsible for:
- Performing planned preventative maintenance (HV & LV systems, HVAC plant/equipment)
- Monitoring BMS systems for performance and alarms
- Addressing on-site Electrical issues
- Conducting building inspections and reading utility meters (UPS, PDU’s, etc.)
- Fault-finding and executing repairs
- Preparing timely and accurate reports
- Ensuring work complies with industry regulations
- Building strong relationships with team members and site stakeholders
What You’ll Need:
- Valid Electrical License Victoria/Grade A None restricted electrical license
- Minimum Certificate III Electrotechnology Electrical
- Valid OH&S; cards - optional
- Additional technical training or certifications (advantageous)
- Valid Driver’s License
- Familiarity with CMMS and BMS systems- Nice to have
- Australian Citizenship – required for NV1 Clearance
- White Card – optional but preferred
