**Responsibilities**:
- Scanning and filing
- Booking clients in and confirming appointment dates
- Paperwork surrounding bookings and invoicing
- Inbound and outbound calls
- Sorting incoming mail and preparing outgoing mail and parcels
- Housekeeping and organisational duties where needed
- Creating invoices using Xero
- Posting to company social media pages
- Placing orders for stationary and other products
- Creating and posting staff rosters using Tanda
- Processing and recording client payments
- Creating organisational documents
- Other general office administration duties as required
Required skills:
- Computer savvy (Outlook, Microsoft, Google, Facebook)
- High attention to detail and strong customer service skills
- Processing card payments using EFTPOS terminal
- Excellent time management, organisational and self-motivation skills
- Able to multitask and keep up with a fast-paced environment
