About the role
South West Healthcare (SWH) is seeking a suitably experienced Dietitian for the provision of dietetic expertise to Food Service within SWH. The successful applicant will provide leadership and advocacy, and translate nutrition specifications, accreditation standards, nutrition guidelines and policies into practical application for the Food Service departments. SWH is also in a re-development phase, and the Food Service dietitian will contribute to aspects of change in service delivery.
Join our team at South West Healthcare on a fixed-term, part-time basis.
1. 64 hours per fortnight until November
2. 40 hours per fortnight until May 30,
3. Potential for extra hours to be available in the dietetic department.
The successful applicant should hold a qualification to be eligible for membership as an Accredited Practising Dietitian. They will have experience in a food service role, and / or project management, student supervision, and a high level of communication, organisation, and planning skills. This is an exciting leadership and project opportunity to develop and drive change in the food service provision in partnership with a number of key stakeholders.
