**About Us**: The Launceston Workers Club is a hub for enthusiasts of 8-ball, snooker, billiards, and darts. We pride ourselves on our welcoming atmosphere and commitment to providing a great experience for our members and guests.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Serve beverages to members and guests in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
- Assist with stock control and inventory management.
- Ensure compliance with all RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries.
**Requirements**:
- Some bar experience is preferred but not essential.
- Must hold a valid RSA certificate.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work afternoons, nights, weekends, and public holidays on a rotating roster.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
