The Role:
As a Property Acquisitions Analyst at Investor Partner Group, you will play a critical support role assisting the Head of Acquisitions throughout the end-to-end property acquisition process. You will be responsible for sourcing suitable investment properties aligned with client briefs, proactively building relationships with real estate agents, and supporting the Head of Acquisitions in delivering outstanding client outcomes.
You will actively identify on‐market and off‐market opportunities by calling real estate agents, researching comparable sales and shortlisting properties that meet Investor Partner Group's purchasing criteria. You will report directly to the Head of Acquisitions, providing regular updates on pipeline activity, property opportunities, and agent engagement.
This is not a 9‐5 role, you have the ability to plan your own day with flexibility.
Key Responsibilities:
* Source investment properties aligned with detailed client briefs and purchasing criteria
* Proactively call real estate agents daily to source on‐market and off‐market opportunities
* Build and maintain strong relationships with selling agents to gain early access to suitable properties
* Research suburbs, comparable sales, market trends and investment fundamentals
* Review property videosand provide detailed feedback to the Head of Acquisitions
* Prepare property shortlists and summary reports for review by the Head of Acquisitions
* Provide regular reporting to the Head of Acquisitions on sourcing activity, pipeline status and agent conversations
* Assist with due diligence processes including contract review, creation of property foldersand property research
* Maintain accurate CRM records and activity tracking
Our Ideal Candidate:
* Strong understanding of property investment fundamentals and market research is advantageous
* Confident and proactive on the phone, with the ability to build rapport quickly with real estate agents
* Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
* Ability to manage multiple property briefs and deadlines simultaneously
* Comfortable working in a fast‐paced, target‐driven environment
* Experience in property, real estate sales, buyer's agency, or a related field is highly regarded
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
