Our Brisbane Corporate and Commercial team comprises of 35 people across a number of speciality areas including but not limited to corporate governance, mergers & acquisitions, commercial contracting, payments, technology and state & federal tax.

The opportunity

Join our highly regarded Brisbane technology, sourcing and payments practice led by partners Yuban Moodley and Michael Boughey. You'll be predominately working for Yuban Moodley acting for a variety of private and Government clients in relation to complex commercial contracts, procurement, technology, payments, IP and data. The practice is national, so you'll get direct client access and work with clients throughout Australia.

About you

- corporate, commercial, technology and/or financial services lawyers who have the skill set and passion to draft and negotiate a range of commercial contracts;
- lawyers who have experience or are interested in working in a number of sectors including in the public sector, financial services sector, technology sector, and health sector;
- lawyers who have 4+ years PAE;
- lawyers with good working knowledge of contract law and positive drafting skills;
- lawyers with a track record of advising on and delivering transactions for clients; and
- appetite to mentor our brilliant junior cohort.
