Responsibilities:
1. Prepare and cook daily meals to meet set standards and quality expectations.
2. Follow instructions and recommendations from superiors to complete tasks efficiently.
3. Coordinate daily operations with senior team members.
4. Supervise junior staff members to ensure seamless kitchen procedures.
5. Maintain high-quality presentation and production of food items.
Understand kitchen procedures and WHS standards. Be aware of all menu items, recipes, methods of production and presentation requirements.
