As the ResLife Standards Coordinator, you will lead initiatives that respond to incidents or concerns by supporting residents to understand and engage with the Student Living Community Standards. This role focuses on incident response / proactive education, case management, and community wellbeing, ensuring students have opportunities for growth and reflection. In this role you will: Lead Student Living’s response to reported incidents or community concerns by employing high-level problem-solving skills to understand a case and provide recommended follow-up actions. Work with students to understand impact on others when they have caused harm and support a Restorative Practice framework focused on community restoration. Manage team members effectively and efficiently to ensure their practice of supporting our community is successful. Evaluate incident and community concern management process and develop strategies to enhance them. Apply strong stakeholder management skills to refer students to relevant departments to ensure effective and timely support. This continuing position is full time and will be located at the Callaghan Campus on Awabakal land. How will you inspire us? You will have: Strong stakeholder engagement, case management, and crisis management skills, with the ability to work within professional boundaries. Superior administration skills with detailed experience utilising software packages. Experience in behavioural management, community support, and working within legislative and policy frameworks. Familiarity with restorative practices, with a passion for fostering student safety, growth, and learning. What we offer The remuneration for this position is from $103641 to $116496 17% superannuation and is commensurate with skills and experience.
