Job Title: Support Workers
We are seeking skilled and compassionate Support Workers to provide empowering, person-centred support to individuals with physical, psychosocial, or intellectual disabilities. Our team works in a trauma-informed and inclusive practice environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist participants with daily living activities
* Provide community access and social support
* Maintain accurate records and reports
Apart from this core job description, successful candidates will also be responsible for maintaining confidentiality and adhering to organisational policies and procedures.

Requirements:
* Compassion and reliability
* Interest or experience in disability or mental health services
* Availability across a 7-day rotating roster between 6am–9pm
