hands-on Finance Manager
to partner with the business, own the numbers, and play a key role in shaping commercial strategy.
As Finance Manager, you'll take full ownership of financial management, reporting and analysis, while playing a key role in shaping commercial strategy. This role is perfect for a commercially minded operator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys blending finance, operations, logistics and eCommerce.
Key Responsibilities
Own the trial balance, financial integrity, AP/AR, and cashflow forecasting
Deliver budgets, forecasts, monthly reporting, variance analysis and group submissions
Analyse margins, supplier rebates, logistics costs and workforce productivity
Improve stock visibility, order tracking and operational efficiency through cross-functional collaboration
Support ERP transition projects, data migration and technology enhancements
Report and optimise eCommerce performance: conversion, basket size, customer journey and digital sales
Evaluate digital marketing metrics including campaign ROI, traffic and acquisition costs
About YOU
Experience in retail, distribution, logistics or eCommerce environments
Strong communication skills with the confidence to engage stakeholders at all levels
High-level analytical capability and exceptional attention to detail
Advanced Excel skills: Power BI experience highly regarded
Exposure to Business Central/Navision or modern digital platforms is a strong advantage
