The Opportunity You'll work with a wide variety of senior stakeholders supporting them to implement, maintain a wide variety IR policies and agreements for this major Australian employer. You'll work directly with both the business and unions, but also work alongside an inclusive team of peers - all working on complimentary portfolios. This is a newly created opportunity and offered on a full-time, permanent basis. Two-days-WFH are available each week with Western-Sydney based office hours on other days. About You To be considered for this opportunity you will: be a HR or IR professional with experience in another large organisations; ideally have negotiated multiple enterprise agreements in another large workforce and played a lead role in bargaining and execution demonstrate a proven ability to balance legal & compliance issues with commercial & practical needs be an exceptional communicator who can translate complex legal issues to all Why apply?
