We ask that all staff read and understand the Code and model the behaviours that are expected of us.This is a two-year fixed-term contract role.YOUR ROLEThe Cross Program Change Manager will support the delivery of program level change and communications activities. This role will play a key part in managing a complex stakeholder landscape and ensuring consistent, people-focused change delivery across the program.Job DescriptionWHAT YOU WILL DODesign and develop Program Change and Communications approach and plans and deliver all change activities in line with Program Change Strategy and the agreed Change framework.Effectively manage and collaborate with the program team, business teams and relevant stakeholders to undertake change impact assessment to identify impacts and determine scope of change management, including approach, plans, training requirements and schedule.Lead the development and implementation of planned change activities, communications plans and the design and delivery of associated engagement activities for internal and external stakeholders to build awareness and understanding of their project change.Work with the DRI Change team members to facilitate Business Engagement and Change Network sessions to build awareness and understanding of the change.Conduct surveys and business readiness assessments to measure the understanding and adoption of the change.Collaborate with internal teams and any external vendors to support the development of training needs analysis, training approach, training materials and the delivery of training.ABOUT YOUExtensive demonstrated experience in the successful management and implementation of Change on projects. Demonstrated knowledge of change methodology and successful evidence-based practices.Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated consulting skills in liaising with staff at all levels to facilitate group discussions and negotiate outcomes.Strong leadership skills and experience working across multiple stakeholder groups from diverse backgrounds.Proven record of developing innovative and practical solutions, for strategic change including the ability to negotiate, motivate, influence and build relationships.Demonstrated experience with analysing and understanding project artefacts (process maps and user stories) to understand the level of change required.Proven ability to navigate conflicting demands and priorities. Demonstrate ability to problem solve by looking at various options for delivering requirements and helping the team assess and compare the complexity of each option.
