The Role: A Junior Travel Consultant
Our business is seeking a travel professional to join our team on a full-time basis. As a junior travel consultant, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service and support to clients in all areas of travel.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver exceptional customer service and respond promptly to client inquiries
* Support senior consultants with travel planning and bookings
* Prepare and arrange documents and itineraries for clients
* Organize brochure displays and promotional materials
* Learn to book and plan domestic and international travel arrangements
Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of using Microsoft Word
• Customer service experience
• Some travel experience internationally
