About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:
Ensure that comprehensive security services and assistance is provided at all times to staff, patients, visitors and contractors whilst at the same time protecting the physical assets of The Prince Charles Hospital.
Provide sound operational security service advice and guidance to subordinate Security Officers ensuring that security best practice is always adopted.
Ensure that Security Services provides a first response to all emergency situations including helipad operations.
Ensure that Security Services provides close personal protection to staff confronting aggressive and volatile situations in the provision of front-line health services.
