About the Role

We are seeking a driven and client‑focused Life Insurance Advisor to deliver expert life‑insurance advice, manage a portfolio of valued clients, and contribute to the ongoing success of our business. Reporting directly to the Partners, you will play a key role in providing tailored insurance solutions, maintaining compliance, and driving business development.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide expert life‑insurance advice aligned with clients’ financial goals and risk profiles
- Conduct comprehensive insurance reviews for existing clients to ensure ongoing suitability and compliance
- Attend meetings with the Private Wealth Advisors (5) and Accounting Partners (4) to advise clients on Life Insurance
- Build and maintain strong, long‑term client relationships
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve annual targets
- Develop referral networks and strategic partnerships to expand the client base
- Prepare and present tailored insurance proposals to prospective clients
- Maintain full compliance with FASEA education and ethical standards
- Stay up to date with regulatory changes, product developments, and industry best practices
- Oversee the review process for a portfolio of clients in‑force premiums

About You

- Graduate Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Financial Planning (or equivalent)
- FASEA education and ethical standards compliant (including ASIC Financial Adviser Exam or plan to pass this)
- Proven experience in life‑insurance advisory with a strong track record of premium generation
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in CRM systems and financial planning software (e.g., CDM, Risk Researcher)
- Strong understanding of life‑insurance products, underwriting, and client needs analysis
- Driven to achieve outcomes, with strategic thinking and problem‑solving abilities
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality work
