The Role
Treasure Box is seeking a dynamic, highly skilled, and experienced fundraising leader to step into the position of Fundraising and Relationship Manager.
As part of our management team, your expertise will help us grow our revenue streams, strengthen relationships with our donors, and create sustainable giving partnerships to ensure our services continue to support children and families living in disadvantage.
Working closely with our board and CEO, the Fundraising and Relationship Manager will:
Develop and oversee a contemporary, results-driven fundraising strategy
Ensure best practice stewardship, impact reporting, compliance, and strategic use of data and insights
Seek new corporate partner prospects and build a sustained giving program
Manage key donor relationships and cultivate high-value partnerships with corporate and philanthropic stakeholders
Create proposals, pitches, and grant submissions in collaboration with the CEO and internal stakeholders
About You
Relevant tertiary qualifications or considerable experience in business, fundraising, communications, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years' experience in fundraising, corporate partnerships, donor engagement, and/or business development, ideally within the not-for-profit or health sector.
A proven track record in building relationships with high-net-worth individuals, corporates, foundations, and major donors.
Demonstrated experience in meeting and exceeding revenue targets and KPIs.
A strong history in developing and executing fundraising strategies to deliver growth.
Maintain accurate CRM records, track revenue, and engagement outcomes (Dynamics preferred).
Excellent written, verbal, and persuasive presentation skills.
Established success in analyzing data to identify trends and inform fundraising decisions.
Trusted history in working autonomously, with the ability to thrive in an unstructured environment and build fundraising programs from the ground up.
Strong rapport-building skills, trustworthiness, self-motivation, enthusiasm, and goal orientation.
