Our ideal candidate will possess a strong background in commercial law, with experience in M&A, structuring, and general commercial matters. They will also have excellent drafting, negotiation, and client-facing skills, as well as the ability to manage matters autonomously.
* 5–10+ years post-admission experience (PAE) in commercial/corporate law
* Solid background in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), structuring, and general commercial matters
* Strong drafting, negotiation, and client-facing skills
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit team
