Description
What will you be doing?
* Processing and review of purchase orders and purchase invoices for the group of company entities including Joint Ventures and Private Entities
* Set up new and maintain existing supplier records
* Running creditor reports for management approval
* On-charge expenses to associated entities
* Processing weekly, monthly, regular, and ad hoc pay runs including Direct Credits, BPAYS & EFTs
* Manage staff expense claim process from entry to payment
* Respond and liaise with suppliers in relation to all accounts payable enquiries
* Reconcile the accounts payable ledger to ensure that all bills and payments are accounted for and properly posted
* Maintain a high volume email inbox, ensuring all emails/requests are attended to in a timely and efficient manner
* Monitor aged trial balances throughout the month
* Monthly credit card & Petty Cash Reconciliations
* Assist other staff members as required including exposure to month-end tasks

* Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, as well as other MSoffice platforms
* Must be available to work onsite five days
* Overall outgoing, willing to give things a go, and a team player
