We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Vehicle Detailer / Supervisor to join our dynamic team at 3 Point Motors Mercedes-Benz (Fairfield). This role is ideal for a detailer with proven experience in high-end automotive detailing, who also has the ability to supervise and lead a small team when required.
What You’ll Be Responsible For:
* Ensuring all vehicles are presented to the highest standard
* Full detailing, including washing, polishing, buffing, and interior cleaning
* Overseeing and assisting the detailing team to maintain quality and efficiency
* Managing workflow and ensuring deadlines are met
What We’re Looking For:
* Extensive experience in vehicle detailing, ideally with luxury or prestige brands
* Proficiency in machine buffing, polishing, and paint protection application
* Strong leadership skills and the ability to supervise a small team
* Exceptional attention to detail and a high standard of workmanship
* Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
* Physically fit and capable of working in a fast-paced environment
