Recruitment is the heart and soul of our business, and we're looking for a Recruitment Assistant to help us grow as we finish **** strong and launch into ****.
The Role
As a Recruitment Assistant, you'll support our team by:
Sourcing and shortlisting candidates using online platforms and our database
Calling and phone screening potential talent for our Sales Teams
Welcoming & Hosting interviews
Supporting recruitment projects and ad hoc admin tasks*Note: This role is largely phone-based.
We are looking to fill a casual role with room to move into full time.
What We're Looking For
Confident on the phone with excellent communication skills
Friendly, professional, and motivated to connect with people
Organised, detail-oriented, and goal-focused
Previous recruitment experience is a plus but not essential
Positive Attitude with a strong work ethic
