Job Title: Executive Chef
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional culinary experiences and a proven track record of leading high-performing teams.
* Minimum 2 years' experience as an Executive Chef or similar position within a resort/hotel environment.
* Demonstrated expertise in menu planning, food safety, and inventory management.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with chefs, kitchen staff, and other stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
* To lead and manage the kitchen team to deliver exceptional culinary experiences that meet and exceed customer expectations.
* To plan and implement menus that are appealing to customers and align with the company's brand and values.
* To ensure that all food preparation and presentation meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and hygiene.
* To manage kitchen operations efficiently, including inventory management, supply chain logistics, and equipment maintenance.
