Ur client, a large broadacre and sheep farmer, is looking for an experienced Senior Farm Hand to join their family owned operation in the Great Southern Region of WA. You will be joining a team of 5 permanent staff, with a progressive, forward thinking employer, who places a strong focus on team building and employee satisfaction. Good Things to Know: Large family owned and operated broadacre and sheep enterprise Progressive employer, with a focus on employee growth - team building days etc Flexibility to build the role based on your preferences around stock/machinery operating Team of 6 - Farmer and 5 permanent staff, plus seasonal casuals 2 hrs drive to Albany, 4 hours to Perth About the Role: Senior Farm Hand Start date: ASAP Work hours: 10 hour days Flexible role adaptable to your skill set/preferences Stock work - assisting in all aspects of stock work relating to sheep Cropping - assisting with seeding, harvest and cultivation Truck Driving Mechanical machinery maintenance and repairs General farm duties as required About you: You will have extensive experience with either stock or cropping Be flexible to help with stock/cropping work during busy seasons Mechanically minded - ability to service, maintain, troubleshoot and carry out minor repairs Desiralble: Broadacre experience MC Licence with medical & fatigue managment certificate Auschem/Chem Cert Strong mechanical background What's on offer: Salary: $80,000 - $115,000 depending on experience Accommodation: Multiple options, including family home available Quality meals provided on long days/peak season Work vehicle ALL ENQUIRIES WELCOME - CALL US FOR A CHAT ON 08 9477 6600.
