About The Role
This is a curriculum leadership role focused on academic quality, regulatory alignment, and industry relevance.
Responsibilities
* Lead the design and review of financial advice subjects and bespoke financial planning courses
* Develop robust, compliant and industry‐aligned assessment strategies (without marking responsibilities)
* Ensure alignment with current regulatory frameworks, professional standards and industry expectations
* Translate complex technical content into engaging, multimedia learning experiences
* Collaborate with multimedia specialists, instructional designers, external writers and industry experts
* Play a key role in maintaining academic integrity while innovating in digital delivery and learner engagement
About You
* Experience coordinating or teaching financial planning subjects within a university environment
* Strong understanding of Australian financial advice regulation and professional standards
* Experience developing compliant, academically rigorous assessment frameworks
* The ability to balance academic integrity with practical industry application
* Confidence working autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team
Industry experience as a practising financial adviser will be highly regarded.
