About the Role
* Take full responsibility for day-to-day site operations
* Manage subcontractors and enforce WHS compliance
* Drive program delivery and maintain quality benchmarks
* Oversee site safety, logistics, and sequencing
* Coordinate inspections and ensure adherence to design specifications
* Maintain strong communication with consultants and stakeholders
About You
* Proven experience as a Site Manager or Foreman on $20M+ commercial projects
* Strong understanding of construction methodologies and sequencing
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
* Ability to manage complex builds with multiple stakeholders
* Commitment to safety and quality at all times
