Family Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
1. Supporting children and their families through the Children's Contact Service by providing emotional support, guidance, and resources to help them navigate challenging situations.
2. Working collaboratively with service staff and external professionals to ensure effective communication and coordination of care.
3. Maintaining accurate records and reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
