Reception Administration Officer - Residential Aged Care Role

We are seeking an experienced Reception and Administration Officer to provide general administration support, including rostering staff, while acting as the first point of contact for clients, residents and staff.
This role will support the Facility Manager in a range of administrative tasks and specific projects, coordinating the on-site admission process for new residents.
Essential Requirements:
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) with experience liaising with various stakeholders.
* Previous reception and administrative experience in the Aged Care Sector or Residential Services setting.
* Rostering experience.
* Attention to detail, strong prioritization and organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel and Outlook, with fast and accurate typing skills.
* Commitment to maintaining confidentiality in all matters.
* Current Victorian Driver's License.
