As a Supervisor, you'll play a key role in supporting the Operations Manager and ensuring the smooth, safe, and efficient running of daily operations. This is a hands‐on leadership role where you'll guide crews, manage schedules, and uphold safety and compliance standards across all project activities.
Duties Include
* Leading and coordinating daily crew operations
* Ensuring tasks are completed on time and to high standards
* Conducting hazard assessments and toolbox meetings
* Overseeing vehicle and equipment inspections
* Ensuring accurate reporting and compliance
* Recording team performance and completed tasks

Do you have?
* Experience in the Electrical Supply industry and/or qualifications Cert III Horticulture or Arboriculture
* A safety focus and proactive mindset
* Strong leadership and communication skills
Great, but not essential
* Cert 2 in ESI
* White card
* MR/HR Truck Licence
