About the role
Join the team as the Night Supervisor at The Star Brisbane, Australia’s newest entertainment hub located at Queen’s Wharf Brisbane. This role offers an opportunity to be at the forefront of luxury hospitality, managing Front Office operations at The Star Grand, which features a five-star hotel, dining, bars, entertainment, and a state-of-the-art Event Centre.
Responsibilities
Lead the night shift operations, including team training, development, and performance management.
Ensure accurate maintenance of guest and financial records.
Motivate and engage Front Office Agents to deliver five-star service.
Ensure the professional and efficient operation of the Front Office team.
Respond to guest feedback and implement improvements.
Foster positive interdepartmental relationships.
Qualifications and Skills
Previous supervisory or duty management experience in hospitality is advantageous.
Knowledge of Opera PMS or similar systems.
Ability to work independently and handle guest requests appropriately.
Second language skills (e.g., Mandarin or Cantonese) are a plus.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
