The Role
This role plays a vital part in supporting the execution of major brand initiatives, campaigns, and activations, creating engaging content, resources, and experiences that inspire and educate targeted audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and nurture consumer loyalty programs to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
* Coordinate communications with affiliates and influencers, ensuring they feel supported, onboarded, and recognised.
* Assist the marketing team with execution of marketing activity and campaigns.
* Develop meaningful brand resources and experiences for diverse audiences.
* Create accessible information and insight that reveals the love, alchemy, and technical depth that goes into products and brands.
