We are currently on the lookout for a highly organized action-taker to join the MMEM team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with excellent communication skills and an upbeat attitude, looking to kickstart their career working with an industry leading brand.
**Your new role**
As our new Accounts Receivable Assistant, you will work as part of the Accounts Receivable team and provide day-to-day admin and accounts and support. Reporting to the Regional Credit Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing general admin support to the team and customers
- Offering support across all finance and accounts duties including daily branch banking, posting journals, general ledger, receipt, and allocation of payments received
- Taking a high volume of enquiries from customers and internal team
- Supporting the team with adhoc tasks as required, including the creation of customer accounts
