Overview
As a Business Analyst in our Growth Ops team, you'll be at the heart of delivering exceptional digital experiences for our customers. You'll work alongside delivery specialists, product owners, and UX/UI experts to design and build best‐in‐class digital solutions for our insurance platforms.
Key Responsibilities
* Engage with senior business stakeholders to capture complex requirements and ensure solutions meet business needs and system constraints
* Perform key Agile duties including running workshops, facilitating estimation sessions, and capturing detailed requirements
* Work closely with your delivery team and Product Owner to produce clear, consistent Requirements, Stories, and Tasks
* Conduct in‐depth analysis and create comprehensive business specifications
* Ensure consistency of customer experience across our digital platforms
* Actively contribute to our Community of Practice, bringing alignment across the Business Analyst function
Essential Experience
* Proven experience working in an Agile environment
* Track record with large, complex technology stacks
* Strong experience in stakeholder engagement and management
* Significant web e‐commerce experience
* In-depth understanding of User Experience & Design (UX/UI) principles and practices
* Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal
* Detail‐oriented and collaborative mindset
Desirable Experience
* Knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies
* Background in financial services or regulated industries
* Experience with Atlassian tools (Jira & Confluence)
* Experience organising and facilitating workshops
