both customers and technicians find the right parts quickly and

What You'll Do:
* Provide
exceptional customer service, assisting retail customers and our service
team in identifying and sourcing the right parts.
* Use
your knowledge or passion for automotive components to accurately identify
parts and specifications
* Process
orders efficiently, ensuring the right parts get to the right people.
* Help
manage and monitor parts inventory to keep our workshop and customers
running smoothly.
* Stay
up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technical information.
* Collaborate
closely with sales, technicians, and suppliers to deliver a seamless
customer experience.
What We're Looking For:
* Passion
for automotive parts and vehicles – no experience? No problem Enthusiasm
goes a long way.
* Strong
communication skills and a commitment to helping customers get results.
* Attention
to detail, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
* Comfortable
using computer systems and inventory management software.
* Previous
experience in parts interpretation is a bonus, but not essential.
