What you'll do
As a Sessional Trainer in our team you will:
Deliver theCHC***** Certificate III in Community Servicesacross classroom, workplace and online settings
Provide training in Geelong, Barwon Heads, or both as required
Assess learner competencies and give constructive feedback
Complete reporting and compliance tasks to a high standard
Contribute positively to the genU Training team and overall student experience
Whatyou'llbring
Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE***** or equivalent)
Proven experience in employment services or community services, ideally supported by a formal qualification
Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with a genuine passion for professional development and lifelong learning.
Confidence in delivering engaging face-to-face and online sessions and managing digital learning tools effectively.
Current driver's licence and willingness to travel between locations
