Civil Construction Apprentice Opportunity
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Civil Construction Apprentice to join our team. This 36-month full-time position offers paid work while working towards a Certificate III in Civil Construction (Plant Operations).
About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
* Gaining full-time, paid work
* Working towards a nationally recognised qualification (Certificate III in Civil Construction - Plant Operations)
* Operating specialised machinery
* Contributing to important road and drainage infrastructure across the region
Requirements:
* A willingness to learn and a positive attitude
* Sound written and verbal communication skills
* Teamwork skills and ability to follow instructions in a hands-on environment
* An interest in working outdoors and learning to operate specialised machinery
* The ability to complete a nationally recognised qualification within 36 months
* Commitment to undertaking the requirements of the associated qualification
* Willingness to stay in camp accommodation outside of Emerald occasionally as required
* Availability to work a 9-day fortnight
* A minimum of a Queensland C class provisional driver's licence or be eligible and willing to obtain one within 2 years of commencement
* A General Construction Induction Card (White Card) or willingness to obtain prior to commencement
