About the Role Based in BYD's Melbourne office in Mulgrave, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the Aftersales Operations Team. This role focuses on managing service quality and ensuring compliance with regulatory obligations and company standards, as well as enhancing internal policies and processes to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction and network experiences. On offer is an Aftersales Service Quality Specialist position and your day-to-day duties will include but not be limited to: · Manage vehicle and product recalls to ensure high levels of compliance and customer satisfaction. · Support the Aftersales Team in the management of critical customer cases and provide support for resolution. · Prepare Aftersales reports that identify opportunities to improve service and network quality. · Review and recommend customer service offers to enhance our point of difference and value within the market. · Manage and enhance Aftersales internal and network policies to deliver exceptional customer experience and operational efficiency. · Support Regional Service Managers in identifying key focus areas to deliver exceptional customer experiences. · Work closely with the Technical and Warranty Teams to drive process improvements. · Support the IT Team in delivering customer experience enhancements and improved service quality programs. · Monitor and report on opportunities to improve servicing quality and customer experience, including key areas such as “fix it right the first time” KPIs. · Contribute to a collaborative, high-performing, and customer-focused team environment. Key requirements: · Experience working within the Aftersales or Project Management function at an OEM or automotive dealership. · Strong understanding of automotive compliance requirements and consumer rights related to product and service quality. · Experience managing automotive recall processes and associated compliance requirements. · Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex cases both independently and as part of a team. · Excellent communication, interpersonal, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks effectively. · Detail-oriented, flexible, and proactive in responding to changing business needs. · Highly adaptable, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
