We're looking for someone who can confidently lead from the front — setting the tone, pace, and standard for the Retail team while delivering an exceptional customer experience every single day.
What you'll bring:
Proven experience (Min 2 years) leading large teams in retail, hospitality, or similar
A calm, clear, and consistent leadership style
The ability to motivate, coach, and develop people
Strong operational awareness while keeping customer experience front and centre
High energy and a hands‐on approach to leading on the floor
What you'll be doing:
Leading and inspiring a large team to deliver outstanding customer experiences
Creating a positive, high‐performance culture
Driving consistency, accountability, and team engagement
Keeping the sales floor running smoothly while maintaining great energy and momentum
Being the go‐to leader your team can rely on!
Working Collaboratively with our Inventory Manager and Ownership team
This is a role for someone who loves people, thrives in fast‐paced environments, and knows how to turn great service into memorable experiences.
