Role
As a Crown Technician, you'll deliver exceptional customer service while performing scheduled maintenance, safety checks and repairs on industry‐leading material handling equipment.
Responsibilities
* Deliver customer‐focused scheduled maintenance and respond swiftly to breakdowns, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum satisfaction.
* Leverage field‐based mobile technology to manage daily schedule efficiently and stay connected in the field.
* Maintain accurate inventory records for the company‐provided service van and customer sites, delivering a professional, reliable service.
* Build expertise by working with Australia's top‐tier customer base and solving complex challenges.
* Perform both planned and reactive maintenance to keep equipment running at peak performance.
* Ensure compliance and professionalism by accurately maintaining all service records for work completed.

Requirements
* Ability to deliver customer‐focused scheduled maintenance and respond swiftly to breakdowns.
* Strong communication and organizational skills.
* Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
* Valid driver's licence and ability to operate a service van.
* Commitment to ongoing training and professional development.
* Experience in a technical or mechanical role is preferred but not required.
