Responsibilities

* Casual position commencing immediately. (This is flexible hours position).
* Assist with the recruitment, invoicing, payroll, and general data entry and admin assistance.
* Ensure timesheets are in and process payruns.
* Invoice accordingly.
* Ordering parts for workshop & site.
* Coordinate mobilisation requirements including VOCs, medicals, inductions, PPE and paperwork.
* Maintain candidate data, compliance records and communication throughout the mobilisation process.
* Experience with HR/recruitment information systems required.
* Provide administrative support during the shutdown, including site paperwork, tracking hours, daily reports and assisting supervisors where required.
* Liaise with candidates, clients, supervisors and internal staff to keep all parties updated.

What You Bring / Qualifications

* Proven experience in recruitment, mobilisation and/or administration.
* Excellent communication skills with clients, supervisors, directors & employees.
* Previous experience in mining, construction, or resources sector.
* Strong organisation skills, attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
