About the Role:
As a Human Resource Adviser, you will play a critical role in supporting our human resources department by implementing programs and policies that enhance employee engagement and development. This position is essential to maintaining and enriching our company culture, ensuring our team members feel valued and supported.
Key Responsibilities:
● Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including workforce planning, job advertising, candidate screening, interviewing, and selection in line with business requirements.
● Coordinate and deliver employee induction programs to ensure new staff are effectively onboarded and understand company policies, procedures, and workplace expectations.
● Develop, implement, and monitor ongoing training and development programs to enhance employee skills, performance, and compliance.
● Provide professional assistance to managers and employees on human resources policies, employment conditions, performance management, and workplace procedures.
● Deliver continuous support to employee by managing employee relations matters, wellbeing concerns, and workplace issues in a confidential and compliant manner.
● Resolving disputes or overseeing negotiations between the union or other governing bodies, employees and employers regarding salary wages etc.
Who We're Looking For:
The ideal candidate will possess:
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Sociology and Certification in Human Talent
Management or similar
* In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
* High level of integrity and professionalism.
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Experience in a similar role is required.
