We are seeking motivated and energetic team members to join our vibrant Icons at Cairns Airport.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver exceptional customer service with a warm, welcoming approach
* Take orders, prepare food & beverages, and maintain a high standard of service delivery
* Work collaboratively with a fun and hardworking team
* Ensure the café maintains high standards of cleanliness and presentation
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a café or customer service role (bonus if you have worked with food & coffee)
* Current RSA certificate or willingness to obtain one
* Food Safety Certificate or willingness to obtain one
* Well-groomed and professionally presented
* A positive, can-do attitude and passion for customer interaction
